Women's Group Start to Discover Kayak

6 weeks of progressive learning, no previous experience required!
25th Feb, 4th March, 11th March, 18th March. 4 consecutive weeks based at LOPC working on skills and boat control.
25th March - Rescues. Learn how to empty a boat, and how to help a person back into theirs.
8th April - Journey....to The White Horse pub and back
