Women's Group Start to Discover Canoe

6 weeks of progressive learning, no previous experience required!
28th Jan, 4th Feb, 11th Feb, 18th Feb. 4 consecutive weeks based at LOPC working on skills and boat control.
25th March - Rescues. Learn how to empty a boat, and how to help a person back into theirs.
8th April - Journey....to The White Horse pub and back
(There is a 4 week gap, in this time we will run the kayak course, as it is too cold for rescues in February)
