Booking Info

The event is free to attend
£5 booking fee per person is fully refunded on the day when you attend, you will not get a refund if you do not attend.
When booking, you only need to book the child attending. We will need a consent form for that child, and then another one for the nominated parent/carer.

All activities will run on a first come first serve queue system, we cannot guarantee everyone will be able to do every activity.

👩‍👧 WHO CAN ATTEND?

✅ Children & young people with SEND living in Leicester City. *Siblings will not be able to take part in the activities.
✅ Must be supported by one parent/carer, (unless they need 2:1 support), you just need to book your child as the participant, you can then state who the carer is on arrival.

✅Age: For Children and young people aged 5-19 years. Minimum age for Gladiator Challenge and Aerial Trekking activities: 8 years
♿ The venue and activities are accessible for all participants.
